Mara Thompson

I’ve been through burnout, inconsistency and starting fresh over and over again.  Nothing changed until I stopped relying on ‘quick fixes’ and looked deeper.

 

I returned from a year in Cape Town in 2019, and since then I’ve dedicated time to understanding the coping mechanisms and patterns that were keeping me stuck, allowing me to build lasting change in my own life.

 

Training as a holistic health coach helped me understand my patterns, build healthier routines and create a more balanced lifestyle for myself.  Now, I want to help you do the same.
